Graduate Day Recruitment Video

The Problem

How do you capture the excitement and energy of the amazing Nestlé graduate programme through a graduate recruitment day video?

The Brief

To film the graduate recruitment days from Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban, as well as include Africa and Mauritius grad days in a unique way.

The Solution

We conceptualised a high-energy, fast-paced video that would not only capture the recruitment days across Africa, but that showcased that the people who work for Nestlé love working at Nestlé.We wanted to inspire people who were considering Nestlé as their employer through highlighting the great benefits, educating potential grads about how the programme is structured and showing them that Nestlé gives you freedom to explore and create your future, but also guides you along the way.

Instead of simply capturing footage of the event, we wrote questions for staff and existing graduates, and filmed them in different spaces with unique angles, prompting the current graduates to tell us what they love about working at Nestlé, and asked some of the mentors within Nestlé to tell us what the programme is about and why graduates would want to join Nestlé as their employer. Our main aim was to give grads one key takeaway - that choosing to work for Nestlé is one of the best career moves you’ll ever make.

The Results

A short, fast-paced video that inspires future potential graduates, and which showcases the programme through the eyes of these graduates, painting a picture of the potential of working at Nestlé.
