As customers, consumers and human beings, we are spoiled for choice in regards to entertainment. But often we will go somewhere, and we simply don’t fit in. It’s too loud. The other customers are too young, or too old. There are too many children, or the place is not child-friendly.
Our client tasked us with developing a technology solution that would be useful to target consumers, so they could find activities, restaurants and bars that were relevant to them and their friends based on their interests, activities and previous history.
We conceptualised, designed and built CRWD. CRWD helps users find relevant experiences, close by, based on their preferences like music, cuisine and even venue average age group.
Starting with user research to gain insight into the user’s thought process when looking for something to do recreationally, our interface was designed to be easily accessible when used in a single hand.
We came in 3 weeks ahead of project plan and 24% below budget.
